Experience Marketing plays a key cross-functional role in shaping these experiences—contributing to their development and leading their end-to-end articulation, from initial idea through to launch, supported by compelling content and execution plans.

As part of the Experience Marketing team in BA EMEA Wellbeing & SDA, the Experience Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for leading and managing end-to-end marketing initiatives—from the initial brief through content creation to activation across all consumer touchpoints.

In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of projects, ensuring that activities are clearly defined, assigned to the right stakeholders, and delivered using aligned global tools and templates. You will follow a consistent, structured process, proactively identifying and addressing any risks, delays, or deviations in scope, timing, or budget, in close collaboration with the Content Planner.

As a key partner to Experience Marketing Managers, you will play a central role in ensuring the seamless delivery of marketing initiatives. You will bring structure through strong project management, establish clear governance, and drive operational excellence across the full marketing value chain.

Working closely with Content Planners and cross-functional teams, you will ensure that integrated marketing communications (IMC) timelines are aligned and effectively embedded into the overall launch plan, enabling consistent, high-quality execution across markets.

Job Responsibilities

End-to-End Launch Planning & Governance

  • Own and manage the end-to-end launch plan, bringing together all cross-functional deliverables across the consumer journey

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of launch activities—from initial marketing brief through to content creation, localization, and activation

  • Ensure a consistent and scalable way of working, following established product development and commercialization processes

Cross-Functional Orchestration & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive strong cross-functional alignment, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, dependencies, and timelines

  • Act as the central point of coordination for marketing teams, aligning on priorities, sequencing, and launch timing

  • Partner closely with content and campaign teams to ensure integrated and aligned delivery plans

Risk, Progress & Performance Management

  • Track progress across all launch activities, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, delays, or bottlenecks

  • Ensure clear and transparent communication to stakeholders through structured updates and reporting

  • Support the definition and tracking of KPIs to measure launch effectiveness and operational performance

Process Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize tools, templates, and processes that support operational excellence across Experience Marketing.

  • Identify inefficiencies in the marketing value chain and propose solutions to remove waste and improve quality and speed.

  • Work closely with the broader Experience Marketing Operations community to evolve ways of working and support organizational capability building.

Experience & Skill Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management cross functions and internationally.

  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience analyzing data to identify opportunities for optimization.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Knowledge of project management tools and software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Fluent in English (oral & written)
