We are seeking an accomplished Thai-speaking Engagement Program Manager (PGM) to join our APAC Business Integrity Advertiser Experience Team. This high-impact role offers significant visibility and the opportunity to collaborate extensively with advertisers, GBS sales stakeholders, internal operations, and cross-functional teams. You will cultivate strategic partnerships with leaders across Sales and Business Integrity to drive initiatives that improve advertiser experience, operational efficiency, and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Partner with cross-functional teams, particularly Sales, to spearhead large-scale strategic projects and resolve operational challenges at scale.
- Foster Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders across Sales and Business Integrity to enhance collaboration and alignment.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Improve key operational metrics through targeted education initiatives while providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and communicating trends and change impacts to internal and external Thai-speaking stakeholders.
- Influence Through Data: Use data-driven insights to inform, shape, and execute new strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Leverage Analytical Insights: Collaborate with data and measurement partners to identify and track key performance indicators, ensuring initiatives support product, customer, and community goals for Thai market.
- Enhance Support Processes: Identify trends and recommend improvements to detection and support processes to boost team efficiency and advertiser outcomes.
- Consult and Coach: Advise sales teams and Thai advertisers, providing insights and analysis to drive better results on our platforms.
