The Experience Designer will support the design team in creating engaging user experiences and high-quality visual designs across our digital products. This role works closely with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to design interfaces, develop interaction flows, and prototype solutions that improve usability and product adoption.

This role is based out of our Hyderabad, India office. We operate in a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of three (3) days per week onsite, with the option to work remotely for up to two (2) days per week.

What You’ll Do

• Assistin designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma
• Develop visual design assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Design micro-interactions and micro-animations to enhance product usability and engagement
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and senior designers to translate requirements into design solutions
• Support secondary research activities to gather insights about users, industry trends, and competitor products
• Contribute to UX and interaction design decisions by helping map user flows, journeys, and design patterns
• Maintain design consistency by following established design systems and brand guidelines
• Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams
• Continuously learn and contribute ideas to improve product usability and visual design quality

Who You Are

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

• 3–5 years of experience in visual design, UX design, or product design roles
• Portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, and visual design skills

Skills & Competencies

• Strongproficiencyin Figma for UI design, prototyping, and collaboration
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for visual design and asset creation
• Ability to design micro-interactions and micro-animations that improve user experience
• Understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability best practices
• Experience conducting or supporting secondary research to inform design decisions
• Strong visual design skills including layout, typography, and color systems
• Basic understanding of design systems and component-based design
• Good communicationand collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams
• Curiosity about industry domains and user behavior to inform better design decisions
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to continuously learn and grow as a designer
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and automation to support daily tasks and productivity
• Commitment to continuous learning in digital and AI literacy
