Shape the future of the employee experience by contributing to the design of agentic AI and adaptive digital experiences that empower 320,000+ employees to enhance their productivity and growth.
As an Experience Design Associate within the Employee Experience Design team, you will support the creation of AI-driven, adaptive user experiences that respond to user intent and evolving needs across self-service journeys. Leveraging your foundational knowledge of experience design principles, interaction design, and research practices, you will collaborate closely with senior designers and cross-functional partners to deliver clear, scalable, and user-centered solutions.
Your work will focus on small- to mid-sized features, contributing to the development of a growing agentic design system and helping define how systems respond across varied user inputs and scenarios. As a core contributor, you will translate user needs and business goals into effective product experiences, while continuing to build your craft in a dynamic, AI-driven environment. At the Associate level, you are expected to demonstrate proficiency in core design skills, contribute to team execution, and support the evolution of adaptive, conversational, and UI-based interaction patterns that drive consistent and intuitive employee experiences.
