This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical problem solving and client interaction, and who wants to be part of building a new support function within a growing product team.
- Providing high-quality support to clients across the Capture Expense platform
- Troubleshooting issues relating to imports, exports, integrations, and user configuration
- Supporting onboarding and implementation activities for new clients
- Delivering client training sessions and product demonstrations
- Building strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
- Working collaboratively with Product, Development, Sales, and Operations teams
