Job Title: Accounts Payable / Expenses Clerk Accountability: Accounts Payable Manager Location: Colwyn House, Colchester
Salary: Up to £24,785.50 (dependent on experience)
Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-4pm
Please note: this is an on-site role, not remote**
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Contributing to the smooth running of the company’s Accounts Payable and Expenses function• Ensuring Expenses / invoices are correctly authorised in line with company policy• Checking and coding employee expense claims / invoices• Communicating with employees to enforce company policy• Inputting invoices / Expenses on the system• Understanding and resolving invoice discrepancies and supplier queries• Using Excel spreadsheets for importing multi-site invoices• Managing multiple mailboxes• Supplier Statement reconciliation • Filing, scanning and ad hoc duties as required
