The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Finance Operations team you will manage and audit corporate credit card expenses while maintaining accurate and timely reporting in compliance with company policies. As a Specialist you will provide specialized technical knowledge, handling intricate tasks and conducting thorough analyzes to support specific projects that drive benefit for our clients. This role offers the chance to collaborate with internal teams to enhance expense processes and analyze data to identify trends, making a significant impact on the organization.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and audit corporate credit card expenditures

- Maintain timely and accurate reporting in line with company policies

- Support the corporate card program, including issuance and resolution of issues

- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance expense management processes

- Analyze expense data to identify patterns and maintain precision

- Provide specialized technical knowledge to support financial projects

- Handle intricate tasks related to expense reporting and compliance

- Contribute to initiatives that drive benefits for clients

What You Must Have

- Experience +1 year in account reconciliations or administrative background with stakeholders management in a corporate environment.
- English Advanced level (both oral & written).
- Digital Tools MS office, mainly Excel intermediate.
- Softs skills Excellent communication skills is core skill required to interact with India and attend calls with US partners, highly detail oriented, collaborative, independent, adaptability, dynamic.

What Sets You Apart

- Education Student or graduate in Bachelor degree in Finance, Economy, Public Accounting, Business Administration or similar is a plus.

- SAP 4Hanna, Concur, Zycus are a plus. Open to learning new tools.
