What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Food Runner/Expo in an upscale-casual or fine dining environment is preferred
Skills and Qualities:
- Professional, polished demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring food is delivered with the highest standards of presentation
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a high-volume environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays
- Team-oriented, with a passion for providing excellent guest service
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders from the kitchen to guests, ensuring dishes are presented at their freshest and most visually appealing
- Act as the liaison between kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth communication of food orders, special requests, and dietary restrictions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room by clearing tables promptly and resetting for the next guest
- Monitor guests’ dining experience and provide excellent service by checking in regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with servers and other team members to provide seamless service during high-volume times
