Job Description

3 month contract

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of a completed National Diploma
  • Maths or Accountancy passed in Grade 12 is essential
  • 1-3 years experience in an administrative position
  • Planning and/or Buying experience in an FMCG or Manufacturing, Packaging or retail environment advantageous
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Excel
  • SAP experience advantageous 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in calculating Raw Materials and Packaging requirements.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain Raw Material delivery schedule
  • Monitor inventory levels and co-ordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Keep track of inventory and raw materials within business parameters.
  • Monitor slow moving and dead stock SKUs
  • Collaborate with RM incoming inspection team to ensure materials meet the required standard.
  • Reporting Month end, supplier OTIF and other stock related reports
  • Provide support in resolving any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality of materials.
  • Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Adhere to food safety procedures
