Expeditor Who you are: The expeditor is a liaison between the kitchen and service teams and works in the kitchen alongside both cooks and service team members. This expeditor facilitates the process of delivering dishes from the kitchen to the guests in a timely manner, following proper steps of service. This position also helps to ensure that all food leaving the kitchen meets preparation standards and is correct to the order and any dietary modifications. This expeditor needs to be comfortable working with both groups of people under stressful, high volume and fast paced conditions.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Opening this fall in Monroe and next year in Manasquan, Coastal Canteen will be a flavor-forward dining experience influenced by the rich culinary traditions of Mexico, northern Africa, the Caribbean, and the Mediterranean.
