Job Description

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist in processing purchase orders, verifying their accuracy, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures;
  • Update internal and external Expediting Software;
  • Monitor purchase order status and expedite delivery as necessary to meet production or project deadlines;
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, track, and resolve any issues, such as discrepancies or delays;
  • Sending and verifying documents for suppliers or clients related to purchase orders when necessary;
  • Proactively initiate activities focused on process improvement, identifying opportunities to optimize procurement processes and increase efficiency;

Other Skills & Abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
  • We are looking for a person studying or with a higher education degree in International Business, Administration;
  • Intermediate English desirable.
