**Position is contingent upon contract award

First Division Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Expeditionary Operations & Technical Exploitation Subject Matter Expert (SME 1) to support the EXU-1 Command Operational and Technical Support mission.

The SME 1 provides specialized technical and operational expertise supporting multifaceted projects and mission activities across one or more EXU-1 functional areas. The position requires an experienced professional capable of independently executing assigned tasks, coordinating with technical and operational personnel, and contributing to mission-focused analysis and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

· Provide technical knowledge and specialized support within assigned mission or functional areas.

· Plan, organize, supervise, execute, or manage multifaceted projects or sets of related activities.

· Conduct research, data collection, assessments, analysis, and technical support activities.

· Assist senior SMEs and Government personnel with technical investigations, capability evaluations, and mission planning.

· Develop reports, briefings, procedures, technical documentation, training materials, or other assigned products.

· Support training, exercises, testing, experimentation, exploitation, intelligence, engineering, logistics, or operational activities based on individual expertise.

· Coordinate with Government, contractor, military, and other mission stakeholders.

· Train or assist in supervising personnel when required.

· Maintain documentation and provide accurate, timely reporting of assigned activities.

· Perform other mission-related technical support activities consistent with the PWS and individual area of expertise.

Potential Functional Areas

Technical exploitation; engineering; EOD; intelligence; WTI/TECHINT; foreign materiel; electronics; chemistry; logistics; communications; training; operational planning; doctrine; data management; administrative/program support; facilities; acquisition; or other EXU-1 mission disciplines.

Travel/Deployment

Position may require CONUS and OCONUS travel, including short-notice support to expeditionary or operational environments. Candidates must be willing and able to satisfy applicable deployment, medical, security, training, and mission-specific requirements.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

· Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

· Active Secret security clearance and eligibility for upgrade to TS/SCI.

· Relevant specialized experience supporting technical, operational, engineering, intelligence, training, logistics, or related mission requirements.

· Highly effective oral and written communication skills.
