
The Working Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the
overall leadership, coordination, and performance of the maintenance department
and the physical plant at the community. This position supervises maintenance
technicians and janitorial staff, directs daily maintenance operations,
oversees preventive maintenance programs, coordinates vendor services, and
ensures that the property is maintained in a safe, efficient, and professional
manner.
The Working Maintenance Supervisor establishes maintenance
priorities, assigns work, monitors completion of maintenance activities, and
ensures that building systems and equipment are properly maintained.
This position functions as a working supervisor, combining
departmental leadership with hands-on maintenance support when operationally
necessary. While the position may regularly assist staff with maintenance
tasks, the primary responsibility is directing, coordinating, and supervising
maintenance operations, personnel, and contractors for the community.

The Working Maintenance Supervisor actively participates in

and ensure proper oversight of maintenance work.
