Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Community Association Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for a condominium community in the Delray Beach area.
The Community Association Manager will work closely with the Board of Directors to help establish community priorities, implement Board decisions, and maintain a high standard of service for residents. This is a hands-on leadership position is responsible for overseeing the community’s daily operations, including staff supervision, property maintenance, financial administration, vendor management, resident communication, and compliance with governing documents and Florida law.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining positive relationships with Board members, residents, employees, vendors, and professional partners.

The successful candidate will be a proactive community leader who takes ownership of the property’s operations while respecting the authority and direction of the Board of Directors. This individual should be capable of anticipating community needs, presenting practical solutions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that residents receive responsive and professional service.

Location Requirement
This is a full-time, in-person position in the Delray Beach area. Because the role requires a consistent on-site presence and timely response to community needs, candidates should live within approximately 30 minutes of the Delray Beach area or be willing to relocate before beginning employment.
Community Association Managers must hold an active and valid license issued by the State of Florida.
