We are looking for experienced Exhaust & After-treatment Manager / Lead Engineer to lead exhaust and after-treatment design and development activities, with technical ownership from concept definition through validation and product release. ​ Key Responsibilities Own exhaust and after-treatment design, performance, durability, and reliability , including catalyst, sensors, hot/cold exhaust lines, and related components. Lead exhaust and after-treatment design and development activities, including SOR, SPB, DFMEA, DVP&R, and engineering release . Lead technical reviews, validation, issue resolution, and design optimization. Lead suppliers and system integration activities. Work closely with cross-functional teams including ICE, Powertrain, Calibration, NVH, Thermal, Emissions, Testing, Manufacturing, and Quality . Drive exhaust and after-treatment performance, emissions, durability, and reliability targets throughout the development program. ​ Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field . 7+ years of relevant Exhaust / After-treatment / Powertrain experience for Lead Engineer level; 10+ years for Manager level. Solid experience in: EGR, catalyst, lambda/oxygen sensors, GPF Catalyst material & chemical science, zone coating, PGM loading GPF filtration and regeneration Exhaust structure, thermal management, and NVH Good knowledge of ICE and engine auxiliaries . Good understanding of full ICE / REEV integration . Experience with DFMEA, DVP&R, SOR/SPB, supplier management, and product release .
