Position Summary
The Wing Plans & Exercise Specialist supports Wing-level planning, exercise execution, and contingency operations to ensure mission readiness and compliance with Air Force inspection standards.
*This position is contingent upon contract award. *
Essential Functions
- Develop, update, and maintain Wing-level plans, procedures, and operational documents.
- Coordinate and execute Wing exercises, training events, and contingency operations.
- Support crisis action planning and Wing-level response activities.
- Prepare briefings, after-action reports, and improvement plans.
- Coordinate planning requirements with MAJCOM and partner units.
- Track exercise timelines, milestones, and readiness requirements.
- Support inspection preparation in accordance with AFI 90-201.
- Assist with METLs, Named Operations, and Top Priority Plans.

QualificationsMinimum

Qualifications
- Bachelors in business administration, Operation Management or related field.
- Active TS/SCI.
- 4 years of experience in Air Force operations, planning, exercises, or contingency operations.
- Strong writing, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
