About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Exercise Physiology Clinic Lead is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations, service development, and quality assurance of the Exercise Physiology department within YMCA Victoria. Practices as a Senior Exercise Physiologist in accordance with the Exercise and Sports Science Australia Professional Standards and SMHS policies and guidelines. The role provides clinical leadership, strategic planning, and operational oversight to ensure safe, evidence-based, and person-centred service delivery.
The Rem for this role is $94,880 + Super and it is a Full Time Permanent Role. Relocation Package available for those seeking to this wonderful gateway region.
About the Centre
The Centre runs over 50 group fitness classes each week, offer swimming lessons to people of all ages and abilities, and provide childcare services in a safe and engaging environment. The Centre is conveniently located at 53 Hamilton St, Horsham 3400.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have had proven experience in providing exercise physiology consultations to individuals and groups, with demonstrated ability to assess client needs within scope of service delivery. Other key requirements include:

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.
