The Patches Team are looking for a driven, talented and Really Good Fun, Exercise Physiologist, experienced and comfortable with Assessments and the development and ongoing delivery of client focused care and treatment plans. You will be based in Perth, focusing on the clients and families currently waiting for your assistance, over time, or as soon as you are ready we will work together to build on our existing outreach program ensuring that more remote clients are able to access the life changing treatment and assessment opportunities available in the metropolitan area.

About the Role

• We are looking for an experienced or graduate (Did we mention REALLY GOOD FUN) Exercise Physiologist to take on a full-time role at Patches, where you will deliver transdisciplinary therapy services to a diverse caseload, including paediatric, adult, elderly, clients, all with different strengths and challenges.
• This role offers amazing variety including client visits and community-based interventions, providing you with the opportunity to work with individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
• Company supported Travel and Adventure to regional locations 🌄:

• We would like you to be available to travel to the Wheatbelt (DIDO) for two days each fortnight
• And experience Port Hedland every six weeks for three days

As well as a big heart, we are looking for you to have a level of experience and we require:

• Graduate or experienced Exercise Physiologist, particularly in the disability, paediatric, or aged care sectors
• Experience in providing services within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), including assessments and developing treatment plans
• An innovative and collaborative approach to revealing client strengths and utilising them to best address the challenges.
• A passion for working with a varied caseload, including children, adults, and elderly clients, in both metropolitan and regional areas
• Relevant professional registration and qualifications
• ✅ National Police Clearance (within 6 months)
• ✅ Valid Working with Children Check
• ✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
• ✅ Australian Driver’s License 🚘
• ✅ Proof of work rights (Australian Passport/Citizenship Certificate or valid visa)
