Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end mass recruitment activities for high-volume hiring portfolios for Singapore, based in Malaysia
• Own the process of candidate screening, HR interviews, interview scheduling and offer management
• Provide timely and accurate recruitment updates to hiring managers, ensuring alignment throughout the hiring process
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with established recruitment policies, governance standards, and audit requirements
• Contribute to recruitment projects, career fairs, and other Talent Acquisition activities to support the organization's talent attraction goals

Job Requirements

• Recruitment experience gained from an in-house Talent Acquisition function, recruitment agency, banking environment, or a combination thereof (Executive: 1-2 years, Manager: 3-5 years, AVP: 5-7 years)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
• Ability to assess candidate suitability through structured screening and competency-based conversations
