Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making for the executive management team, board of directors, and shareholders.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial and accounting operations across Mitr Phol Group, both domestically and internationally.
• Provide recommendations and drive improvements in financial performance for the group and its individual business units.
• Advise on new projects and monitor the performance of approved initiatives.
• Forecast economic/ business conditions and propose innovative solutions to proactively address anticipated challenges.
• Study and analyze business trends and opportunities to provide strategic recommendations for business expansion.
• Supervise and manage investment activities and capital increases within the group.
• Define strategic direction for talent development within the finance function.

Qualifications

• A holder of financial or accounting degree.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in large-sized manufacturing company.
• Proven track record in leading multiple finance functions and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in managing business expansion through both organic growth and M&A activities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills in complex and dynamic business environments.
• Deep expertise in corporate financial management, financial regulations, and risk management.
• Advanced knowledge of capital markets, capital budgeting, capital structure, and working capital optimization.
• Strong analytical skills in corporate performance evaluation and financial data infrastructure development.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive financial transformation and long-term value creation.
