Palm Venture Studios specializes in giving businesses a second chance by providing pivot or rescue capital. As a Palm Venture Scout, you'll leverage your personal and professional networks to introduce us to startups that could thrive with the right support.

How it works...

• Apply to be a Scout (please note: the program is currently by invitation only)
• Review and sign Scout Agreement and go through async onboarding
• Send investment leads + deal snapshots via email to scouts@palmventurestudios.com
• We'll respond within 48-hours after verifying if the company is a "new lead". New leads are those that Palm has not reached out or spoke to prior to your submission
• After we confirm it's a new lead, you'll make a warm intro to the founder or key decision maker
• Earn $20,000 after Palm closes a deal with your new lead

You'll make a great Scout if you're...

• A super-connector or community builder
• An angel or early-stage venture investor
• A strategic advisor, executive coach or service provider to early-stage companies
• Engaging with 10+ startup founders or investors each month
• Otherwise have a strong network of early stage investors and founders

We're interested in companies that...

• Have strong revenue potential, but need operational and/or strategic pivots
• Are held back by debt, financial challenges, cap table issues or other special situations
• Have been left behind and overlooked by traditional venture capital

• Leverage your network and keen eye to spot hidden opportunities, undervalued IP/technology and special founders
• Earn $20,000 for referrals that we invest in, and that were not previously contact by or in contact with Palm
