
Supports the VBHC Senior Manager in developing and maintaining patient/episode-level costing models (e.g., TDABC), establish cost structures/catalogues development/validation, support value improvement analyses, and contribute to evaluation reporting and value-based payment model design across rotating portfolio of service lines based on organizational priorities. Also supports integrated analysis of clinical outcomes, cost, and care pathways (value measurement), and contributes to research, evaluation reporting, and scientific evidence generation to support VBHC implementation and scale‑up.
Key responsibility
1. Conduct and coordinate baseline cost analysis for assigned service lines, including data gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
2. Support development and validation of costing structures and models (e.g., TDABC), including resource mapping and costing assumptions.
3. Perform integrated analysis of cost and clinical outcomes to support value assessment and evaluation reporting.
4. Support linkage between clinical pathways and costing models, aligning workflow activities with resource utilisation and cost drivers.
5. Identify cost drivers, variation, and opportunities for value improvement across service lines.
6. Support baseline versus post-implementation analysis (cost, outcomes, utilization trends) in collaboration with Data Analyst and relevant teams.
7. Contribute to research and evidence generation, including preparation of reports, abstracts, and publications.
8. Maintain structured documentation for costing models, analysis outputs, and project trackers to support governance and reporting.
9. Coordinate with clinical, finance, and operational stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of analysis and evaluation outputs.
10. To assist the VBC Unit in any matter related to development of clinical services, relevant to the job description.
Requirement/ Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in finance / accounting / Analytics / Health Economics (or equivalent).
