Coordinate the day-to-day operations of local transport strategies and plan to ensure delivery on time with minimum cost. This includes fleet utilization, route planning and vendor
service commitments.
Update A/R outstanding
Check and provide the status of invoice pending clear cashier
Upload data in system for POD
Participates checking COD status (Consolidate report cashier with master delivery report)
Collect the information from team leader of invoice loading to prepare the daily report
Prepare "Delivery Noted" base on customer required for MT customer
Support Print out all PO that send by Sale Team for DL attached with Invoices before delivery to customers
Prepare invoice claims and necessary supporting documents for processing for suburban team (travelling to provinces)
Checking status and run report in system from delivery team
Follow the direction and guideline stated in DKSH Freight & Transportation SOPs
Other’s task assigns by manager
Bachelor degree and/or diploma/certificate in supply chain, logistics management, business administration and/or any related field
Demonstrate working understanding of distribution center, distribution and transportation
Demonstrate in-depth understanding of day-to-day running of a transport operation
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Strong Physically and committed to work
Hard working and punctuality degree
