The Transport Parent Relationship Executive is responsible for managing communication between parents and the transport department, addressing transport-related queries, ensuring timely updates on routes and schedules, and supporting safe and efficient student transportation.
Act as the primary contact for parents regarding transport services.
Address transport queries, concerns, and feedback from parents.
Communicate bus routes, timings, delays, and transport updates.
Maintain student transport records and parent contact details.
Coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transport team to resolve issues.
Support transport registrations and route allocations.
Maintain reports related to transport operations and parent communication.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred.
2–4 years of experience in customer service, coordination, or school administration.
Strong communication skills
Customer service orientation
Problem-solving ability
Good coordination and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office
