Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of rosters
  • Cab deployment
  • Tracking and vendor management
  • Transport Data Management & MIS
  • Escort Security alignment
  • Routing & cab utilization
  • Billing and Payments
  • Addressing cab users' concerns
  • Attending ad hoc cab requests
  • Cab EHS management

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • To be aware of cab automation tools and their benefits

Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2-year relevant experience required from corporate companies in Employee Transportation Domain
  • Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
