Job Purpose: Team Member - Marketing Dry Cargo is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the dry cargo sector by effectively managing client relationships and executing marketing strategies. This role focuses on achieving budgeted targets for various commodities, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams, and providing exceptional service to enhance the port’s market presence and profitability

Market Promotion & Engagement:

• Manage and resolve customer requirements and queries on a daily basis
• Identify and convert potential customers for Liquid Terminal Storage business
• Handle commercial agreements and contract management
• Coordinate with customers and operations for cargo handling, tank transfers, and related activities
• Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection (wharfage, storage, tank commitments)
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up for payments
• Manage customer onboarding and documentation processes
• Handle customer grievances and ensure quick resolution
• Prepare and analyze reports (e.g., Tank Occupancy, Turnaround)
• Conduct meetings with existing and potential clients
• Engage with external stakeholders for market intelligence and business insights
• Support branding activities of Adani Group

Education Qualification:

• B.E / B.Tech / M.Sc. with relevant experience
• MBA (Marketing) preferred

Experience:

• 5 to 12 years of relevant experience
