Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations for fresh produce, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery to distributors and retail chains.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders, including farmers, distributors, and internal teams, to ensure seamless communication and operational alignment.
• Utilize digital tools and platforms to monitor inventory levels, track dispatches, and optimize distribution routes. • Support the implementation of modern agricultural practices and post-harvest management techniques to improve produce quality.
• Collaborate with the cold chain infrastructure team to ensure optimal storage conditions and minimize post-harvest losses.
• Manage workforce operations to ensure efficiency in handling, sorting, grading, and packaging of fresh produce. • Monitor and report on key operational metrics, including dispatch timelines, inventory turnover, and distributor satisfaction.
• Assist in the execution of AAFL’s strategic initiatives to expand its distribution network and enhance market presence.
• Address operational challenges related to seasonal dependency and ensure contingency plans are in place
• Maintain adherence to AAFL’s quality standards and sustainability goals in all operational activities.
Years & Type of Experience • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in supply chain operations, distribution management, or related fields. • Exposure to agricultural produce handling and distribution is a plus.
