Executive & Technical Assistant-EngineeringITI Fitter

Key Roles/Responsibilities:

• Carry out maintenance related activities as and when rose.
• Should have knowledge of Maintenance of Pump, Valves, Seals, Mechanical Seal, rotary equipment etc.
• Ensuring Minimum down time of the equipment’s.
• Draw material from store required for maintenance activity.
• Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness
• Report any incident/accident/ near miss/ illness to the superiors
• Maintaining and up keeping the area as per the cGMP and Regulatory requirements and putting continuous efforts for improvement in quality and Productivity.
• Executing the preventive maintenance activities.
• Implementing safe working practices.
• To ensure the safety of the plant personnel and adherence to the EHS and safety regulations.
• To rectify the day to day works, Handling of changeover Modification works.
• Maintaining and up keeping the area and equipment’s as per the cGMP requirements.

Continuously working on to improve/upgrade the safety of the plant and in adherence to EHS policy.
