The pay range is $64,000.00 - $128,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.   • Guest servicefundamentals,andbuilding and managing a guest-first culture on your team

  • Retail business fundamentalsincludingdepartment sales trends, inventory management, guest shopping patterns,pricingand promotions strategies

  • Setting and planningofdepartment(s) monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities and managing a team to deliver on sales goals

  • Managingmultiple businesses and balancingteam memberexpertisein each area to effectively manage teams in each department

  • Leveragingcompetitors'insightstodrive businessobjectivesin each specialty department

  • Managing a team of team leaders and creating business-specific strategies and goals

As aSpecialty Sales Executive Team Leader, no two daysare ever the same, but a typicaldaymostlikelywillinclude the following responsibilities:

  • Consistently delivers guest experience commitments

  • Holds TLs accountable to deliver exceptional guest experiences through consistent accountability, team development,trainingand recognition.

  • Celebratesoutstanding guest experiences across teams andensuresrecognition is consistent and meaningful.

  • Reviews area guest, financial, and team metrics toidentifygapsand understand team behaviors.

  • Celebrates wins, sets clear priorities, and leads actions that drive results and enhance the guest experience.

  • Partners across teams to create an easy,inspiringand friendly guest experience.

  • Drive total store sales,demonstratehow you, your team and your departments contribute toandimpact total store profitability

  • Lead your team to prioritize the guest experience and deliver on store sales goals

  • Create,lead, and modela culture of executing all best practices as outlined with teamonboarding, learning, and required training; help close skill gaps through development,coachingand team interactions

  • Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creatingequitableexperiences

  • Create schedules andmake adjustmentsas needed to align to guest traffic and business needs

  • Manageyour team to effectively planmerchandisingplanning,samplingand promotions

  • Developworkingrelationshipwith third party vendors and oversee Team Leader’s management of vendor performance

  • Know and assess the competition andleverageguest insights and feedback to drive the businessforward.

  • Buildand leada team of consultants thatsupporttotal store functions

  • Lead your team to deliverinspiring visualmoments usingVisual Standards and Guiding Principles

  • Ensureyourteam prioritizes the guest experience bymaintainingwelcoming, clean, and safe fitting rooms.

  • Plan,leadand follow-up on organizational and operational change

  • Anticipate andidentifychanges in unique store trends

  • Anticipate staffing needswhilemanagingtalent planningand recruitment, leading team onboarding, and closing product knowledge and skill gaps through development,coachingand team interactions

  • Develop and coach your team andTeamLeadersto providea shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest

  • Createa culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance management

  • Train your team to provideserviceand a shopping experience that meets the needs of the guest

  • Alwaysdemonstratea culture of ethical conduct,safetyand compliance;lead and hold the team accountable to work in the same way

  • Developand leada safety cultureand performance of the department through modeling and recognizing safebehaviors,identifyingand correcting hazards,holding team accountable tofollowing safety expectations,assistingwith incident response, and reporting/investigating injuriestimelyand accurately.

  • Lead an instore security culture by focusing on deterrence,responseand resolutionin order toimprove physical security processes

  • Lead merchandise protection strategies across the total store,including ordering, storage and application as directed by best practices

  • Addressall store emergency and compliance needs

  • As a key carrier,implementall safe and secure training and processes

  • Regularly assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities to enable the guest experience for the store during assigned shifts

  • All other dutiesbasedon business needs

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Comfortable dealing withand managing team throughambiguity

  • Comfortable managingconflict, leadingand holdingothers accountable

  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment andaccomplishmultiple tasks withinestablishedtimeframes

  • Ability to communicateon multiple frequencydevices andoperatehandheld scanners, and othertechnologyequipment as directed

  • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis

  • Relate wellwithand interactwith all levels of the organization

  • Learn and adapt to currenttechnologyneeds

  • Independentlymanage workload and prioritize tasks

  • Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties including but not limited to Drive-Up,carryout,etc

  • Accurately handle cash register operationsasneeded

  • Climb up and down laddersasneeded

  • Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights,weekendsand holidays) and reliable and prompt attendance necessary

  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift (shift length may vary).
