The pay range is $64,000.00 - $128,000.00

Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. They are expertsofoperations,processand efficiency. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, and promotional signing processes for all Food&Beverage areas of the store.

  • Guest service fundamentals and experience building and managing a guest-firstand freshnessculture on your team

AsFood & Beverage Sales Executive Team Leader, no two daysare ever the same, but a typical daymost likelywillinclude the following responsibilities:

  • Consistently delivers guest experience commitments

  • Holds TLs accountable to deliver exceptional guest experiences through consistent accountability, team development,trainingand recognition.

  • Celebratesoutstanding guest experiences across teams and ensures recognition is consistent and meaningful.

  • Reviews area guest, financial, and team metrics toidentifygaps and understand team behaviors.

  • Celebrates wins, sets clear priorities, and leads actions that drive results and enhance the guest experience.

  • Partners across teams to create an easy,inspiringand friendly guest experience.

  • ManagetheFood & Beverage team and operations to drivestore sales,demonstratinghow you, your team and your departments contribute toandimpact total store profitabilityand operational excellence

  • Model guest service standardsto ensure your teammaintainsa fresh, full,reliable, andfood safedepartmentsduring all operating hours

  • Drive a culture centered in food safety; train,validateand coach team to deliver proper execution on all food safety standards and cleaning routines

  • Create,leadand model a culture of executing all best practices as outlined with team onboarding, learning and required training; help close skill gaps through development,coachingand team interactions

  • Lead an efficient operationthatsupports a great guest experience along with speed and efficiency

  • Develop a strategy and utilize your workload planning tools to manage all scheduledworkloadensuring youare guest ready at all times

  • Ownthescheduling planwith support fromyourTeamLeaders basedoff ofmonthly and weekly businessworkload and guest traffic

  • ManageFood&Beveragebackroom and sales floor areasthrough leadership discussions with hourly leaders;ensure team adheresto Food& Beverage Standards to assess priorities and review reporting toidentifybusiness gaps for follow-upthroughTeam Leaders execution of Assignment Sheets

  • Oversee Food&BeverageTeam Leaders’workload planning,including transitions, revisions, sales plans,samplingand promotions

  • Proactively build relationships withvendors andoverseeTeamLeaders’management of vendor performance

  • Validate,auditandmaintainfood in-stocks and follow-up onTeamLeader’s execution oftask managementprocess

  • Know and assess the competition andleverageguest insights and feedback to drive the business and be the destination of choice for our guests

  • Proactively plan for and executemerchandising and promotional strategiesregardingholidays and events through close planning with Team Leader(s).

  • Manageyour team to uphold andmaintainall Starbucks and Pizza Hut Brand Standards (where applicable)

  • Foster a productive relationship with your Starbucksdistrictmanager andfollow up on key takeaways from their time in your store

  • Actively develop,coachand train your team;anticipatestaffing needs, talentplanand recruit – both long and short term; manage performance reviews andsupport team member and leader onboarding

  • Develop and coach your teamto elevate theirskills andexpertise

  • Establish a culture of accountability through clear expectations and performance managementof operations and reporting

  • Demonstrate inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creatingequitableexperiences

  • Become a subject matter expert in federal,stateand localadult beveragelaws as they apply to your business and protect your store’s liquor license (if applicable)

  • Alwaysdemonstratea culture of ethical conduct,safetyand compliance;lead team to work in the same way and hold others accountable to this commitment

  • Develop and lead the safety culture and performance of the department through modeling and recognizing safe behaviors,identifyingand correcting hazards, holding team accountable to following safety expectations,assistingwith incident response, and reporting/investigating injuriestimelyand accurately.

  • Lead an instore security culture by focusing on deterrence,responseand resolutionin order toimprove physical security processes

  • Lead merchandise protection strategies across the total store,including ordering, storage and application as directed by best practices

  • As a key carrier,implementall safe and secure training and processes

  • Addressall store emergency and compliance needs

  • Regularly assume store-level leadership on duty (LOD) responsibilities to enable the guest experience for the store during assigned shifts

  • All other dutiesbasedon business needs

  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience

  • Strong interest and knowledge of the food and beverage business

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity

  • Ability to manageconflict, lead, and hold others accountable

  • Relate well with and interact with all levels of the organization

  • Strong cognitive skills, including problem analysis, decision making, financial and quantitative analysis

  • Learn and adapt to currenttechnologyneeds

  • Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment andaccomplishmultiple tasks within establishedtimeframes

  • Ability to communicateon multiplefrequency devicesandoperatehandheldscanners, andother technology equipment as directed.

  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently

  • Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members

  • Capable of working in and exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties, including but not limited to Drive-Ups, carryout, etc.

  • Ability to remain mobile for the duration ofscheduled shifts (shift length may vary)
