Maternity Leave Coverage (October 2026 – February 2027, with potential extension through April 2027)

Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented temporary HR Assistant to support the Human Resources team during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will focus on the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives aligned with global HR and local market priorities, while also providing administrative support to senior HR leadership.

This is a dynamic, cross-functional position requiring strong communication, project coordination, and organizational skills, with exposure to both local and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives in alignment with global PCD HR priorities and local North American market needs
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior HR leadership, including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, budget management and expenses
  • Partner across teams (HR, Communications, CSR, Executive Assistants and external vendors) to ensure seamless delivery of programs and events
  • Support onboarding and offboarding coordination for new hires, ensuring a smooth experience in partnership with HR and cross-functional teams
  • Craft internal communications and ensure messaging is aligned with brand tone and organizational priorities
  • Coordinate logistics, materials, and stakeholder communications for key initiatives and events
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across multiple concurrent projects

Key Projects & Objectives During Coverage

The temporary coordinator will play a key role in supporting and delivering the following priority initiatives:

  • Pink October (Breast Cancer Awareness – October 2026)
  • Parfums Christian Dior (PCD) Give Back (Thanksgiving Initiatives)
  • Disability Week (November 2026)
  • Holiday Gifting (December 2026)
  • Service & Recognition (Begin February 2027)
  • Career Week (February 2027)
  • Women’s Week (March 2027) (potential extension period)
  • Bring Your Child to Work Day (April 2027) (potential extension period)

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, with a polished and professional approach
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • High level of attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Previous experience in HR, internal communications, or event coordination is preferred

  • This role requires discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive HR-related information
  • The coordinator will work closely with both local and global teams in Paris, including senior leadership and cross-functional partners
  • Flexibility is important, as priorities may evolve throughout the coverage period
