Job Title Executive - TBR Technology Purpose of the Job Responsible for end to end coordination from making trial tyres till testing and performance tracking of Pilot SKUs. Coordinating shopfloor activities for making trial tyres. Knowledge (Technical / Functional) Knowledge of Tyre-building Process. Leadership quality. Major Responsibilities
Adherence to trial check tyre sheet report.
Preparation of trial reports.
Coordination of trial tyres testing.
Monitoring OE yield of pilot SKUs.
Monitoring the defects and scrap of pilot SKUs.
Disposition of components after trial.
Conduct improvement studies and trials.
QR4 sign off documentation.
Conduct blow point and thermocouple as per development plan.
Participate in safety incident reporting, investigation and corrective action.
Knowledge of Machine capabilities and its function.
Troubleshooting of process issues.
Awareness on POSH Act.
