Job Description

This role manages end-to-end talent acquisition activities to attract, assess, and hire qualified talent aligned with organizational workforce plans. The role drives recruitment through structured workflows in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), ensuring data accuracy, process compliance, and consistency in hiring practices. It contributes to employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction and enhance candidate experience. The incumbent ensures adherence to defined turnaround time (TAT), source mix optimization, and hiring cost management. The role partners with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver efficient hiring outcomes, while capturing candidate and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement. It also supports onboarding processes and recruitment analytics to enable scalable and effective talent acquisition operations.


Essential Functions:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding using ORC workflows
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on defined job criteria and competency frameworks
  • Coordinate job postings across internal and external platforms, ensuring optimal source mix
  • Partner with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders for effective hiring decisions and workforce planning
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring seamless candidate and panel experience
  • Capture and manage candidate and hiring manager feedback throughout the recruitment lifecycle
  • Support employer branding initiatives including campus hiring, job fairs, and digital engagement channels
  • Monitor adherence to TAT, hiring cost, and recruitment metrics; maintain accurate recruitment data and dashboards
  • Manage interview and onboarding logistics, including expense coordination and documentation
  • Ensure compliance, process standardization, and continuous improvement of recruitment operations



Additional Responsibilities: Education:

  • Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) BA - Required
  • Master Degree (MBA) MBA - Preferred

Experience:

  • 5 years or more in 5 - 8 Years
