
EXECUTIVE SYSTEMS ENGINEER
The Executive Systems Engineer will support PM PNT (Positioning, Navigation, and Timing) at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, including all phases of the system lifecycle, from concept development through fielding and beyond
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide strategic guidance and oversight across all systems engineering activities for products.
Lead complex integration efforts, ensuring seamless interoperability with current and emerging warfighting capabilities.
Proactively identify and mitigate program-level risks, drive innovation in technologies, and ensure alignment with Army modernization priorities.
Represent organization at key technical forums
Responsible for mentoring and developing the technical expertise of the systems engineering team.
Adhere to DoD guidance and IEEE 1220 standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
Minimum of 15 years of related experience
Thorough understanding of DOTMLPF analysis and its impact on system design and implementation.
SECURITY CLEARANCE
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance required
