As Executive Support Officer at the Melbourne School of Population and Global Health, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the School Executive office. You will provide high-quality executive assistant support to the Head of School and School Manager, coordinating governance activities and priority projects. Your proactive approach and exceptional organisational skills will enable you to build positive relationships, contributing to a culture of excellence and efficiency.
You have a degree or extensive experience in executive assistant roles, bringing exceptional organisational and communication skills, along with a proactive and collaborative approach to support administrative operations.
