About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive professional to provide high-level executive and administrative support to our Executive team, while also contributing to the organisation’s quality
assurance, compliance, and corporate services functions.
Reporting to the Executive Assistant, this diverse and fast-paced role is responsible for delivering confidential executive support, coordinating meetings and governance activities, maintaining
controlled documentation systems, and supporting organisational compliance and
audit processes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive and corporate functions through effective record management, system administration, policy and document control, and coordination of administrative processes across the organisation. The role
also supports property and asset management activities, funding contract administration, and the implementation of new systems and organisational processes.
