
Executive Support Officer
Solve by Talent is partnering with the University of Sydney to recruit two Executive Support Officer's within Information and Communications Technology. This role will support senior ICT executives by delivering high-level operational coordination, strategic executive support, and data-driven insights across a complex technology portfolio.

The opportunity
This is a high-trust executive support role within ICT Operations, partnering closely with multiple senior ICT leaders to help drive operational excellence across the portfolio.
Whatyou'lldo
Provide strategic executive support to multiple ICT executives, coordinating priorities,communicationsand operational activities.
Prepare high-quality briefing notes, memorandums, reports,presentationsand executive papers.
Analyse financial and operational data to support reporting accuracy and executive decision-making.
Coordinate follow-up actions across ICT teams, ensuring deliverables and project outcomesremainon track.
Contribute to ICT projects and operational improvement initiatives across the broader portfolio.
Whatwe'relooking for
Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives within large or complex organisations.
Advanced Excel and spreadsheet capability, with confidence handling financial and operational data.
Exceptional written communication skills, including experience preparing formal executive documentation.
Strong attention to detail, particularly across grammar, formatting,accuracyand presentation quality.
Highly organised and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities and confidently follow up stakeholders
