Job Description

Role Purpose

  • Execute and perform monitoring on Parking Management System and Accessories uptime to ensure minimal disruption and compliance to PETRONAS Cyber Security requirement.
  • Prepare and execute parking system related methodology to improve system availability, reliability and security.
  • Execute the implementation of KPM Digital Initiatives to deliver solutions inline with KLCC Group Digital requirements.

Main Accountabilities

  1. Parking Management
    Execute and ensure stability of parking management system at all locations by providing technical support (troubleshoot system) for application, network, infrastructure and other related customer issues including key partners through incident ticket monitoring.
  2. Website
    Perform maintenance activity at the organization website inclusive of managing website infrastructure to ensure stability.
  3. Digital Initiative
    Execute KPM Digital Initiatives project implementation including assisting in the preparation of Scope of Work and ITB documents, liaison with Group GD and KLCC Digital Team in order to streamline all Group requirements.
  4. Cybersecurity Compliance
    Track Cyber Security compliance in line with Group Cyber Security regulations (i.e., software patching, VAWA scanning, PDPA, etc.) including liaison with vendor and GD Team to ensure system gap is closed.
  5. Centralized Control Room (CCR)
    Execute and ensure uptime for all parking management system inclusive of parking accessories at all KPM locations.
  6. PS Budget Preparation & Control
    Assist in yearly budget planning specifically for existing and potential locations including monitor and track all expenses over the year.

Requirements
Education Qualification:
Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Science/IT or similar

Years of Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in executive position for System Support or similar

Domain Experience:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Diverse System Support experience and technical knowledge.
  • Experienced in parking industry is an added advantage
  • Exposure to card access systems, security access control systems, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
  • Fresh experience hires with relevant technical exposure are encouraged to apply.
