This position will be a hybrid work arrangement. You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed.

We are looking for an Executive Support Engineer to provide direct IT support for senior leaders and executive assistants across Americas. This role helps keep executives prepared, connected, and productive by resolving technical issues, giving clear updates, and coordinating support across the Global Service Desk.

Role focus:

  • Provide adaptable support for executives and assistants with minimal disruption to their work.

  • Explain technical issues in clear, brief updates that support timely decisions.

  • Take ownership of issues, call out when needed, and help improve recurring support processes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support laptops, mobile devices, applications, collaboration tools, AV, and video conferencing for executives and assistants.

  • Solve device, network, application, and meeting-room technology issues, including urgent requests when required.

  • Set up workstations, mobile devices, printers, and office AV equipment.

  • Provide clear updates on issue status, next steps, and expected resolution.

  • Travel to executive homes or other offices when needed for hands-on support.

  • Perform physical tasks such as moving equipment, accessing cables under desks, and navigating office environments, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Experience and skills:

  • Experience supporting senior leaders, executive assistants, or other high-priority users.

  • Good judgment, ownership, and a service-focused approach to support decisions.

  • Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.

  • Experience with Windows 11, Microsoft 365/Teams, Intune/Autopilot, Azure AD, Okta, video conferencing, and basic networking.

  • Familiarity with ITIL-aligned incident, request, problem, or change processes.

  • Ability to use PowerShell or scripting to reduce manual work or build reports.

Education Preferred:

  • No degree required, but equivalent experience preferred

Experience:

  • Proven track record in Executive Technical Support

Certifications (preferred):

  • ITIL Foundation

  • CompTIA A+

  • Other relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft MD-102, Network+)

Base Salary Range

$78,000.00 - $80,000.00

This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography. Please note the posted ranges do not apply outside the U.S. and should not be converted to other currencies as a proxy for compensation in other countries.
