Job Description

Executive – Supply Chain & Demand Planning (Dry Produce/Fresh Produce)

• Maintain availability at all stores and distribution centers while minimizing excess inventory and achieving working capital targets.
• Analyze sales trends, promotions, and seasonality to develop accurate demand forecasts and maintain forecast accuracy targets.
• Manage supplier coordination, orders, fill rates, and supply performance to ensure timely product availability.
• Work closely with commercial, logistics, store operations and other internal teams to align demand, supply, and business objectives.
• Track KPIs such as forecast accuracy, stock availability, inventory days, and supplier service levels, while driving process improvements proactively.

Candidate Profile :

• Minimum 1-2 years of supply chain experience in Retail, FMCG or a related field
• Bachelors degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Management, Business Analytics or a related field
• Proficiency in MS excel and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical skills
