Job Description

• Support the HOD/Section Head in managing the movement of aircraft components and parts into and out of the warehouse.
• Verify that all received items match the documentation, update the system promptly, and highlight any discrepancies or damages.
• Ensure daily operations comply with safety requirements and regulatory standards.
• Assist during audits and help follow up on any corrective actions required.
• Contribute to improving processes, streamlining workflows, and supporting efficiency‑driven projects.
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and day‑to‑day coordination, while being a point of support for staff issues.
• Continuously look for opportunities to enhance safety, turnaround time, productivity, and overall performance.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the manager to support operational and organisational needs.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• Relevant certifications (eg. WSQ logistics operations, safety‑related courses) preferred but not mandatory
• Experience in warehouse operations, handling aviation components preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with regulatory, safety, and quality compliance requirements.
• Prior involvement in audits, corrective actions, and process improvement.
• Proficient in SAP / IMS or similar warehouse management systems.
• Good understanding of workflow processes and operational controls.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Proactive in identifying safety, productivity, and process improvements.
