Overview:


The
Executive Successor – Parts & Accessories Sales
l
ead the overseas parts & accessories business by driving sales growth, expanding international distribution channels, optimizing inventory management, and strengthening customer and partner relationships across global markets.


Job responsibilities:


  • Allocate and manage sales targets in each market.

  • Research expansion of sales channels/partners.

  • Develop cooperation and incentives with e-commerce partners.

  • Calculate the ordering demand for accessories for the markets.

  • Process Distributor/Dealer orders and coordinate the delivery of accessories to market warehouses.

  • Manage accessory inventory.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields.

  • Strong experience in overseas sales, channel development, and distributor management.

  • Proven track record in market expansion and achieving sales targets.

  • Strong negotiation, business development, and relationship management skills.

  • Good analytical and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English.
