Job Description

• Engage with prospective students through various channels such as phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings to understand their educational goals and aspirations.
• Provide detailed and accurate information about the institution's courses, programs, admission requirements, application procedures, tuition fees, scholarships, and other relevant details.
• Assess students' interests, strengths, and preferences to suggest appropriate courses or programs that align with their academic and career objectives. Offer personalized guidance to students on the potential career paths, job prospects, and opportunities related to their chosen fields of study.
• Participate in recruitment events such as college fairs, workshops, webinars, and orientation programs to promote KPJ Healthcare University (KPJU) and its offerings.
• To plan and execute recruitment roadshows, in rural areas, throughout Malaysia. Collaborate with admission teams, faculty members, and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for enrolled students.
• To engage prospective students and provide counselling where needed.
• To provide required information to students and parents and subsequently enrol them to study with KPJU
• To ensure information in all promotional materials to be accurate, up-to-date and readily available.
• To plan, organise and execute Roadshow activities that will lead to student recruitment.
• Complete monthly report on recruitment numbers and Marketing activities carried out.
• To ensure all budgets are done according to the time frame and not cause further delays that will hamper recruitment and marketing activities.
• To build up rapport with corporate office and other KPJ owned companies.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior/ management.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

Qualification

• Diploma and above
• Desired experience/exposure
• 3 years in similar capacity or industry
