We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Student Ambassador, with a passion for supporting students throughout their transition and helping to create a seamless experience during their period of study in our institution.
JOB
- To guide and assist a group of students and be the designated point of contact for them in all aspects of their studies and other related areas in JCU Singapore both administrative and non-administrative matters
- Work closely with departments that have an impact on the students life during his/her course of studies which include Finance & Purchasing, Learning Centre, Admissions, Academic Services & Progressions, Student Recruitment, Estate Management, Information, Communication & Technology and Attendance Monitoring
- Ensure short turnaround time on required coordination for seamless delivery
- Liaise with external agencies as relevant
- Receive and process student payments
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCES
- A basic degree or diploma with at least two (2) years sales and customer services related working experience
- Proven sales/customer services track record
- Good organisational, problem solving and administrative skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities and meet deadlines
- High level of accuracy/eye for details
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and work productively as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, responsive and work in a changing environment and maintain a positive and professional approach to work
