Job Description

Executive – Strategic Manufacturing Projects will support the execution of strategic initiatives across manufacturing sites, focusing on quality and regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The role involves driving cross-functional programs such as compliance enhancement, facility uplift, and capability building, while ensuring alignment with regulatory expectations and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive execution of Quality & Regulatory Compliance (QRC) initiatives, ensuring alignment with global regulatory requirements and audit readiness.
  • Support facility uplift initiatives, including equipment upgrades, system improvements, and compliance enhancement programs across sites.
  • Facilitate Gemba Walkthroughs to identify gaps between SOPs and actual practices and drive timely closure of observations.
  • Implement Mission-Based Training (MBT) and capability-building initiatives to enhance on-ground execution and sustain compliance behavior.
  • Contribute to product robustness and process reliability programs to strengthen quality performance and inspection readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to improve vendor efficiency, supply reliability, and compliance standards.
  • Drive cultural and behavioral transformation, promoting a “Quality First” mindset through awareness programs, storytelling, and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure strong understanding and application of SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and process–practice alignment across operations.

Work Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in quality, regulatory compliance, or audit readiness functions
  • Demonstrated exposure to regulatory audits and compliance programs
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and project-based environments

Education

Graduation in Pharmacy or Analytical Chemistry
Post Graduation in Pharmaceutical Technology or Business Administration
