At Ayr Energy, we build products and technologies that accelerate the world’s transition to an electrified future. The world’s energy needs are growing, and energy is increasingly being consumed in the form of electricity. We design and manufacture products that are fundamental building blocks of the grid infrastructure, present throughout the value chain of electricity from generation to consumption, such as transformers and switchgear. We count renewable developers, IPPs, EPCs and electric utilities among our customers. We headquartered in the US with a manufacturing footprint in India and are backed by some of the largest global venture-capital funds.

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused professional to drive project management and production planning in our transformer spread across multiple facilities in India. The role will bridge the gap between customer delivery commitments, engineering, procurement, and shop-floor execution across Ayr Energy and our partner facilities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Why Join Us?

Ayr Energy wasn’t built to be another OEM. We were built to rethink what customers should expect from one.
Critical infrastructure projects have become more demanding, but the customer experience of buying and delivering power equipment hasn’t kept pace. Too often, customers are left navigating fragmented communication, limited visibility, and unnecessary complexity.
Ayr exists to change that.
We combine engineering expertise, strategic manufacturing partnerships, rigorous quality oversight, and transparent execution to deliver a modern experience from planning through energization. Rather than simply supplying equipment, we work as an extension of our customers’ teams – bringing clarity, accountability, and confidence to every stage of the project lifecycle.
Our portfolio includes medium and high-voltage transformers and switchgear serving utilities, renewable energy developers, data centers, EPCs, and other critical infrastructure markets. Every project is supported by a global manufacturing ecosystem, robust quality standards, and a commitment to long-term partnership. At Ayr, modernization isn’t just about the equipment we deliver. It’s about improving how critical grid infrastructure projects are executed, communicated, and supported – because customers should expect more than hardware from the companies that power the future.
