Role Purpose
The Executive, Special Project supports the efficient management of government building assets in accordance with contractual requirements and performance standards. The role focuses on planning, maintenance coordination, data management, performance reporting, and monitoring project timelines to ensure replacement of new assets are well install, maintained, compliant, and sustainable throughout their lifecycle.
Main Accountabilities
Asset Planning & Coordination
Support the preparation and execution of asset management plans in line with contractual and all maintenance activities to ensure effective and reliable asset performance.
Asset Data & Documentation Management
Maintain accurate asset data, records, and reports within the approved management system. Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness for all inspection and maintenance activities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor asset performance and service levels against defined KPIs. Prepare timely reports and updates for management and government clients.
Project & Timeline Monitoring
Track project progress to ensure completion within agreed timeframes and budgets. Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve project issues and maintain delivery efficiency.
Compliance & Governance
Ensure full compliance with safety, and environmental standards. Support audits, inspections, and governance reviews to maintain operational integrity.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with government agencies, users, and service providers for smooth asset operations. Foster collaboration to align contractor performance with government expectations.
Continuous Improvement & Sustainability
Recommend and implement improvements in asset management efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Support initiatives that enhance sustainability and extend asset lifecycle.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering from recognized university.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Interior Design (ID) Fit-Out.
Managing in renovation work.
Experience in Government Project Management
Technical/ Functional Skills:
Well-versed in project Management and ID Fit-out work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Excellent organization and leadership skill
Good analytical/critical thinking and attention to detail
Excellent in Auto CAD software application.
Excellent in Microsoft Project software application.
