Job Description
An exciting new luxury branded opening is looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef.
The Exec Sous Chef will be the senior culinary leader for the opening and will lead day-to-day culinary operations across all F&B outlets.
Luxury hotel experience is required with strong banquet production, fine dining plating, live stations, buffet standards, HACCP, cost control, menu engineering and team training.
Must have GCC / Middle East experience.
Minimum of 10 years culinary experience, including 3-5 years as Head Chef/Exec Sous Chef in luxury hotels.
