College Track's Baltimore site is in its earliest, most formative days, launched through a bold partnership with the Baltimore Ravens, M&T Bank, and Baltimore City Public Schools The scholars we serve will be the first to experience what we're building here. College Track is a 10-year commitment to first-generation college students — from high school through a bachelor's degree. We don't just help students get in; we help them stay, graduate, and thrive. Our scholars graduate college at three times the national average for first-generation students, and by age 30, they earn an average of $89,823 — well above the national median.
We've been doing this since 1997. We operate 13 centers. And Baltimore is our next horizon.
You'll be the face of College Track in Baltimore — stewarding transformational relationships with anchor investors like the Ravens and M&T Bank, cultivating new donors, building a Local Advisory Board, and representing the mission at events, in media, and with elected officials. This role carries real external presence and real responsibility.
You'll set the vision for how Baltimore students find us and stay with us — working closely with school and district partners to build the infrastructure that keeps scholars on a ten-year path.
You'll lead a team of 3–4 direct reports and co-create the norms, values, and practices that define what it feels like to work and learn at College Track Baltimore. The culture you build now will outlast your tenure.
You'll hold the site budget, partner with Finance on forecasting, and make sure every dollar works toward scholar outcomes.

From ninth grade through college graduation, our 10-year program offers academic, financial, and personalized support to help students persist through college and graduate.
In 1997, we started with 25 students in East Palo Alto, and today, we have thirteen centers located in communities across California, Colorado, Louisiana, and the D.C. Metro Area with 4,052 scholars and 1,388 alumni on the path to upward social mobility.
College Track scholars graduate from college at a rate that is two and a half times the national average for first-generation college students from low-income communities. 89% of our recent graduates are employed full-time or in grad school, and 1 in 3 graduates complete college with no debt. By supporting our students to maximize the value of their college degree—minimize student loan debt, secure internships, and limit the need to work while in college—we prepare them to succeed in the 21st-century economy.
