The Corporate & Strategic Planning (“CSP”) team supports SGGC’s senior management in driving strategic priorities, aligning organisational priorities and plans, and tracking performance.
As part of the CSP team, the Executive will provide operational and coordination support across strategic planning, management reporting, and governance processes. The role is critical in ensuring the smooth execution of planning cycles, investment oversight processes, and reporting requirements, enabling the team to focus on higher-value strategic work.

Responsibilities

1. Corporate Planning and Workplan Coordination

• Support the coordination of the corporate planning cycle, including annual planning, mid-year and strategic reviews, and periodic workplan discussions through coordination of inputs, tracking of progress, follow-ups with stakeholders, and preparation of materials.
• Assist in compiling, consolidating, and tracking team workplans and OKRs, including submission for approval and follow-up actions.
• Track timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across teams to ensure alignment with corporate priorities.

2. Management Reporting and Presentation Support

• Support the preparation of presentation materials on fund performance and investment activities for SGGC management and relevant boards.
• Support the planning and coordination of Investment Oversight Committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and documentation.
• Prepare and maintain templates for reporting and planning purposes. Consolidate inputs from internal teams and follow up to ensure timely and complete submissions.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of reporting materials.

3. Data and Tracking Support

• Maintain and update tracking templates for corporate deliverables, KPIs, and key initiatives.
• Assist in data collection, validation, and organisation for portfolio and performance tracking.
• Support basic data analysis and visualisation (e.g. charts, dashboards) where required.

4. General Team and Administrative Support

• Provide administrative and coordination support for key CSP meetings, engagements, and initiatives.
• Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of planning, reporting, and governance workflows.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
• 0–3 years of working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
